Effective October 15, 2026. This policy explains what personal information iBeauty PMU & Lashes ("iBeauty", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to iiibeauty.com, our studio, and the ways you contact or book with us.

Information we collect
- Contact and booking details such as your name, phone number, email address and appointment history, when you book, call, text or message us.
- Information you send through an ad form. If you submit a form in one of our Google ads, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email and the service you are interested in.
- Treatment records such as consultation and consent forms, skin or health notes relevant to your treatment, and before-and-after photos taken in the studio.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which our website host records to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, schedule and confirm appointments, and send reminders.
- To plan and perform your treatment safely and to keep the records our profession requires.
- To follow up on an inquiry you sent us, including one sent through an ad form.
- To share offers with you, only if you have agreed to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.
Photos and client stories
We take before-and-after photos for your treatment record. We show a photo on our website or social media only with your permission, and client names on our website are changed for privacy. You can ask us to remove a photo at any time.
Website, cookies and analytics
This website has no sign-in, no forms and no analytics or advertising trackers of our own, and it does not set cookies. It is hosted by Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receive your IP address to deliver those files. Links to Fresha, Google Maps, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, ClassPass and WeChat take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio, such as Fresha for online booking and payments, Google for advertising and email, and our phone and messaging providers, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep client and treatment records for as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as needed for your care, our professional obligations, and tax and legal requirements. Inquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing messages. Call (408) 598-9981 or email ibrowlash20@gmail.com, and we will respond within 30 days. California residents may have additional rights under state law.
Children
Our services are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
